today must have been one of the worst days i've felt in a while

blasting songs in my ears somehow made my headache (or what felt like a headache) worse

typing away on the com didn't help

neither did coffee

neither did a lot of other things

there were moments when i'm walking, swaying (well slightly) to the music in my ears, and the next moment i felt like smashing a plate (or anything smashable for that matter)

or crossing the road on a red light
