erm today was a pretty sian day. again, nothing much to do. in the morning boss had a meeting so i just slacked around, tried to tidy up some files but was mostly yawning away. before lunch i helped to edit some excel stuff and prepare some certs, and after lunch i spent most of the time calling up close to 100 primary schs' principal/vp to remind them abt the deadline to submit some forms. my left ear turned red, and i finished my whole bottle of water,for the first time since i started work too. plus staying in an aircon room all day makes me wanna pee more than drink, but today i really talked until no more saliva, and then also started pronouncing stuff weirdly.

6pm (go home time)-
me: "i've called all the primary schs, so i'll call the secondary schs tmr"
boss: "i think u take a break tmr, come back on friday."
me: "oh ok."

and so i'm out of job tmr lol. ah but i don't mind! cos can watch man u vs roma and then go back to sleep and don't have to feel drowsy at work. but fri i'm gonna call more schs again. but fri there'll be two new temps! today they didn't come. and just as well, they wldn't have anything to do anw and we'll prob just go drink coffee at the lib.

talking abt lib, after lunch, i went there with junwen (the temp from gep building) to get coffee, and he told me there was this vendor selling IT stuff at the entrance of the lib. so we went to take a look, and i thought of buying a microsd card cos the one in my fone is only 64mb and that's hardly enough space to take enough pictures and more importantly put enough songs. so i saw they were selling 1gb, 2gb and 4gb cards. decided to get the 2gb one, and it was selling at $17.90. only had 8bucks with me so i asked to borrow 10bucks from junwen. got kinda guilty as he handed me 5 2dollar notes and then his wallet was pretty empty. promised to pay him back tmr, before being told i needn't come tmr. so i can only pay him back on fri cos fri is his last day. i hope i rmb to. yup. anw i thought 17.90 was a bargain as compared to buying it somewhere else. asked if they were still gonna be here tmr and they said today was the last day so i was pretty anxious to get it, and therefore wanted to borrow money. so on my way home i dropped by popular to see what the 'actual' price was. hm. same brand, same card, 2gb, $17.90. oh well.
